Excellent customer service the receptionist is very helpful and polite she made us feel very welcome unlike other optometrists receptionists in the area she knew what she was doing, and the optometrists himself was so patient with my 8 year old took her almost 40 mins of wiggling to get the test done and the whole time he was nice to her making her feel comfortable and reassuring her it didn't matter how long it took, also checked my eyes and sorted out glasses on the pension scheme for both of us in minutes would definitely recommend this place to everyone especially anyone with children
